The
reason that I started the music activity is
some differential story incurred. I was
the normal student who liked art with his talent, even the principal of the
high school at Los Angeles wanted to recommend me to one
of the valuable named art center, but I was on the verge of giving in all
things in order to achieve the music, studying
overseas, girl friend, family life. |

When I
was in LA, high school in 1998, I
was dreaming to become a rapper, so I
devoted on rap some period of time. It
required me the beat which could be mixed simply by the program of
Impulse-Tracker which is operated
through DOS. Then in 1999, I was selected on the part of composition
and singers at audition from
entertainment company called SM, which is known
for the agent of singer BOA. So I
made up my mind to go for music
instead of doing the art. Right after that, I
became into hip-hop. Then, one day, when I came by RAVE club by chance with my
intimate friend, I was submerged on the exotic electronic
music. After that, I felt elec-music through my whole
body, was amused for going to elect-music
club, studying by myself on the genre. Finally, I got
into trance music. Then I came back to Korea in 2000 with
the variation of family status. Separation
with the first girl friend, and the impact of the divorce of my parent almost made me to give up music, but I kept devoting on music enthusiastically. I slept only
4 hours per day and even swallowed
small quantity of water to save
the time spending on toileting. All I
have the instrument was the Pentium level 1 computer only, so I did the work
with the mouth-clicking only continually. Sometimes later I had reputation
on the hip-hop area, so Indie Music Web sites interviewed to me. But I acknowledged that the hip-hop was not my taste, so I
converted into the electronica. Then I have maintained rank #1 on the trance and the electronica at the music site of
Indie. Thereafter, I also became interested in House in 2003 and then proceeded the
Korean-POP mixed with the electronica, also my music was played at the festival of Rodem, France in
2006.then I started to work as a producer of Wavepoint that was collaborated with the singer VIBE, the top singer of
R'nB in Korea. At that time, primus a25 was introduced to me by my
friend because I needed master keyboard with audio interface. Since I sometimes
work with my laptop, a25 is very helpful. I think a25 is not only a good master
keyboard but also a good audio interface. After I use a25, I don¡¯t have to
worry about latency even when I work with my laptop.
My dream
was to be a developer of the Korea electronica scene. But I had an opportunity to think it over
to spend my whole life, because it was not
established by one devoted musician but it was the
shares of all listeners overall. So I understood that
this is the subject that should be
solved in future. I tasted a lot of bitterness up to
knowing the situation, also I met some disappointments. However,
I tried to work hard even I got some
flowing out the blood on my wrist sometime due to much drawing of the mouse
& keyboard, but I did the work without any complaining to myself
continually. Where can I get the compensation on this? But I thought I already
was rewarded on that, because I am the one of
the happiest men from music.
