My Windy6 keeps disconnecting. What can I do?
 If you are using Windy6 on a laptop, the 4-pin firewire plug can come loose over time, so please make sure that the data and the DC power cable connections are tight. If you are still having problems with the 4-pin cable, please try connecting to the 6-pin firewire port.
