Unkown Device
I'm trying to install my m49 in a win7 acer laptop, but windows detects it as unknown device and installing webpage drivers doesn't seem to help. |

Dear Federico, Thank you for contacting us. Please try to connect M49 to all the available USB ports and see if Windows 7 recognizes it. If it still appearing as unknown device, please try it with another PC to check whether it is a hardware problem. Very rarely on certain computers it is detected as an unknown device, although it is fully functional.
