Dear Iman, Thank you for contacting us. I'm very sorry to hear about the dead Windy6. Unfortunately, as you might have read already, for the time being the best and actually only solution to this problem is the application of an external programmer device, which allows to rewrite the whole firmware. Unless you possess one of these programmers and corresponding software, only we are able restore your Windy6 in our office. PC MIDI Argentina does not have the necessary tools either. Certainly there is a solution, an email has been sent to you with further details on the return of your audio interface.
