I can't install UAX2 on windows 8.1
I cant install drivers Infrasonic UAX2 WIN64 2.9.29 on windows 8.1

Could you tell me which Windows 8.1 build are you using?
Is it an RTM or MSDN image?

 My build version is Windows 8.1 Enterprise 9600.16404.amd64fre.winblue_gdr.130913-2141, is a MSDN image.
