Problem with midisonic 2x2 in Windows 7

Dear Nahuel, Thank you for contacting us and for purchasing our product. MIDISonic doesn’t require any additional driver, it should be recognized and installed by Windows 7 automatically. First we should exclude the possibility of any hardware failure, so could you please try your MIDISonic with another desktop computer or laptop? Windows XP and Windows 7 are preferred in this test. If it is working fine in another computer, I’d like to ask you which Windows 7 version do you have and are you running it with Administrator rights? I’m looking forward to your feedback.
