Problem with playback
Hello. When i use an infrasonic quartet to play music it plays slowly, the speed of playback is near a quarter of normal. I can make some record to show you, if it will help to resolve my problem. Thanks |

Dear Alexey, Thank you for contacting us and for purchasing our product. Unfortunately this might be a hardware problem. Thank you for your patience and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Please find the direct link to the latest driver below, in which you might be interested: www.simsaudio.co.kr/download/ISQUARTET_V1.24.04_BETA_XPVISTAWIN7(20110318).zip Please make sure that the sample rate is set to auto in the control panel and the clock source is set to internal, and then try to play a simple audio file. If the same symptoms persist, then your Quartet needs to be replaced or repaired. Please let me know the date and place of purchase or if you have purchased it at a local InfraSonic dealer, then they will be also pleased to help you in the RMA. It is too expensive to send the audiocard to Auzentech for replace. Is it possible to make repair or replace in Russia, may be in Moscow? |

《Re》Balint 님 , Hello. I am waiting your answer for 2 months. And i don't know what shall i do in this situation, cause a russian dealer of infrasonic production wouldn't take my audiocard and i can't send it to auzentech, because it will costs like a new one. |
