Don't hear sound from external source
Hi! Tell me what am I doing wrong: I connect Deux to my Mac Pro via FireWire, connect my keyboard to Deux via Jack-Jack cable, but don't hear sound from keyboard. Cable is OK, keyboard is OK. Thank you -- Michael

Dear Michael, Thank you for contacting us. Allow me to ask you what kind of Jack-Jack cable have you used? The inputs of DeuX are balanced inputs. Your keyboard is equipped most likely with unbalanced outputs. Please connect the left channel of your keyboard to input 1 and the right channel to input 2 with mono TS jack cable (keyboard output -> 1 stereo TRS jack -> 2 mono TS jack cable -> DeuX input 1&2) I hope this helps.
