Windows 10. Windy 6. WORKING
Hello. To anyone on 2023 trying to use his Windy 6 on Windows 10, let me tell you IT WORKS. Actually, im sorry if I dissapoint you but I just did a plug and play installation. Anyone having problems, here is a tutorial for legacy 1394 drivers. https://www.studio1productions.com/Articles/Firewire-1.htm But I just install the drivers for my Firewire PCI Card (the ones that windows install when it recognizes a new device). Then I run the Windy 6 software installation. When the moment of connecting my device arrives, I connect it in this order: On the Windy, the firewire port next to th power. On my PCI card, the left one. The order matters. It does not recognizes using the other port nor the Windy or the PCI card.
