Quartet and windows mixer
Hello! 1. Looks very badly program icon in the system tray on Windows 8. I would like to see a more pleasant appearance. 2. Since the main slider to the standard Windows mixer in no way affect the volume of the system, we would like to see the possibility of linking it to one of the outputs sound on its control panel? eg Quartet____Windows mixer -64 Db____0% -32 Db____50% 0 db _____ 100% etc .. or hot keys for this

Dear Alex, Thank you for your suggestions. The system tray icon issue has been forwarded to RND, I'll let you know as soon as the new control panel is available. Regarding the second issue, allow me to suggest you two workarounds. The global volume controller of Windows 8 does not work indeed, however you can adjust the volume of every running application individually in Windows mixer: http://lukehancock.com/blog/?p=188 Also hotkeys can be assigned to the same applications: http://www.softarium.com/activekeys/ Should you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
