![]() Hello, Today when I turned my Windy6 on to record, all the lights on it blink and my MacBook pro can't see it. It seems to just blink as soon as it's connected to a (firewire) power source. Is it dead? |

Dear Dave, Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about the blinking Windy6 and any inconvenience it may have caused. The blinking may indicate, that the sync source is set to external clock with missing or mismatched clock input as well it could mean, that the power source is insufficient. Please check the control panel to make sure the clock source is set to internal. Are you using a DC power adapter or is it fed with a 6pin firewire cable? In any other cases there might be a hardware failure involved unfortunately. I hope this helps and I shall be pleased to provide further assistance if it is required. If you prefer Korean language, please feel free to contact us at tech@simsaudio.com for domestic tech support. Thank you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. |
