Usb Device Not Recognized
Hello, I got a problem with soundcard "Amon". OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64, latest updates are installed, drivers for card is installed too. That is problem: when i am connecting USB cable, the soundcard is very often not recognized, and appears this message "Usb Device Not Recognized". I changed USB cable, but it didn't help. And if card is recognized, sometimes sound becomes muted. How to fix it? Please, help me. P.S I have clearly intstalled OS... |

Dear Gregory, Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about this issue and any inconvenience it may have caused. Please let me know the model number of your motherboard. Generally speaking Amon should be recognized stably if it is connected directly to an on-board USB port. Make sure that it is not 3.0 and no USB hub is involved. Based on my experience even a 5 meter long USB cable should not be problem in these circumstances. I hope this helps and I'm looking forward to your kind feedback. Thank you. 《Re》Balint 님 , Serial number of my motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-MA78LMT-US2H (rev. 3.5) , I already checked my soundcard on another computer, Amon is recognized as "Unknow Device". I'm don't use USB Hub. |

Dear Gregory, If you have tested AMON with different USB cables on different computers and all of you give the "unknown device" error massage, I'm afraid that a hardware failure is involved.
