![]() Hi, I'm using the Quartet. So I put my speakers in "Out 1/2" and my earphones in "Out 3/4". When I press the "VB Out"-Button I hear only the left channel on both speakers, and on my earphones I hear only the right channel (on both sides). What's the reason for it? yours Tim |

Dear Tim, The VB Out button switches the outputs from unbalanced to balanced mode. In VB Out mode Outputs 1/2 become Left channel +/-, while Outputs 3/4 work as Right channel +/-. Hence you don't need VB out mode in your setup. You can read more about balanced audio signals in google. If you wish to listen to the same output on your speakers and headphones, set the routing of FREE Mixer as followed: WDM & ASIO OUT 1 to LINE OUT 1 & 3, and WDM & ASIO OUT 2 to LINE OUT 2 & 4. I hope this helps. Should you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. |

¡¶Re¡·Balint ´Ô , Hello, I bought my Infrasonic Quartet and M-Audio Studiophile BX8A monitor speakers at the same time.. so I need your advice how to connect Quartet to speakers. Balanced TRS to XLR takes both available outputs for connection? I need maximum possible sound quality. |
