![]() hi!! i read another cases that happens exactly the same. but i beg to the Support Gods, please bring back my Windy back to life!! I try to upgrade the firm, but an electric issue make the console to turn off. that was the last time it works. i plugged in the pc but the system doesnt recognize it. unistall drivers and try to install but nothing happens, cause in the screen off connect the Windy it doesnt recognize it. Im from Argentina. do you have any soft solution or a hard reset that i can do in the Windy directly that restores the firmware to default? or any technical support in my country? i dont want to buy a new one, but is there a solution to my problem? my mail is IMPERIO_60@YAHOO.COM.AR |

Dear Gerardo, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately for the time being the best and actually only solution to this problem is the application of an external programmer device, which allows to rewrite the whole firmware. Unless you possess one of these programmers and corresponding software, only we are able restore your Windy6 in our office. PC MIDI Argentina does not have the necessary tools either.
