Win7 x64 can‘t find my card and the card dead after i tried to upgrade the firmware
My OS is Win7 x64. At first I tried to install driver for it, but windows only can find WDM audio system while the control panel kept in displaying "disconnected".In this situation, I found that the version of my driver is v4.1.9 so I got to the offical site to download v4.6.0. But it prompt that "1. This control panel is compatible with Firmware Upgrade Version 7962 (available on this page).".Then i downloaded the firmware and tried to upgrade .When I click update button in setup.exe it display "preparing download",then pop up an error ,then my card dead. |
