Right channel of stereo output 1 defect
About 2 months ago, the right channel of the stereo output 1 just stopped working. At first I thought it was due to driver issues, or a faulty operating system, but after reformatting and applying the most recent drivers, the problem persists. Is this a known fault with my card, or can it be easily corrected? Besides, there isn't any plan for OS X drivers, is there? |

Dear Lukas, Thank you for contacting us, however I'm sorry to hear about this problem. This is a unique issue, it is definitely not common. If your Quartet is still covered by warranty, please contact the place of purchase or your local InfraSonic distributor. In case the warranty period has expired, we could repair it for a small fee in Korea, although the shipping cost could be high from Austria. As long as OS X driver is concerned, I'm sorry to let you know, there are no plans in the near future. I shall be pleased to provide further assistance if it is required. Thank you.
