Quartet GUI 1.24.08 Nightmare!

Did you see the ticket named "GUI Bug" from 14.06.2011 ?  There is no answer for this here, why?
I have THE SAME picture with these new driver. Hey, correct this! (Win.7 64bit).

This GUI error has happened due to the decreased DPI resolution of your Windows desktop.
This issue has been addressed in the latest driver update, please find the direct link below for your convenience:
