![]() Hi ! I've installed latest Quartet drivers v. 1.24.10. But windows isn't going to enable device because of wrong (or missing ?) signature in some of Quartet drivers. For now I've tried to bypass windows drivers' signing check (pressing F8 before OS boot). This way Quartet works OK. Please help _)

Dear Al, Thank you for contacting us. Please download the latest driver again. If you have unzipped the archive, right click the installer and select the Run as Administrator option. If it prompts you for allowing non WHQL driver usage, just say yes during the installation. I hope this helps. I shall be pleased to provide further assistance if it is required. Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. |

¡¶Re¡·Admin, Well, I've fulfilled your instructions but they were out of success - I've got the same results as were described in my first post. Windows shows that following files aren't signed: asioqua64.dll, ctlqua64.exe, wdmqua64.sys, asioqua.dll. Can send you screenshots if needed. So for now I have to disable windows drivers signing check - not the right way to bypass troubles ... ) Thank you in advance. |

Dear Al, Thank you for your reply. Driver signing enforcement should have been disabled by a Windows update a long time ago. Please make sure that all available updates are installed for your Windows version. If it doesn't help, please disable UAC (User Account Control). You can do that in the control panel by pulling down the slider setting to the bottom and see if it is still asking for driver signature. In case it does, please open up a command prompt (cmd) with Administrator rights and enter the following: bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS (DDISABLE is not a typo) I hope this helps. Are you using a RC version by any chance? I'm looking forward to your feedback. Thank you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. |
