Device Fails to start aftere failed firmware upgrdae
Hi, I tried upgrading my device firmware and the update failed on error 0X20. if i could get a hold of the actual BCD file, i can try uploading it manually using the bcodl tool load option. I would appreciate it if i can get the file or a link to the file by mail? Thanks. |

Dear Saar, Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about the unsuccessful firmware update. Have you tried to upload the firmware from Windows XP 32bit? Although your request is not an official method, you can access and extract the BCD file from Windy6_Upgrade.exe, if you modifiy its extension from .exe to .rar Don't hasitate to contact us, if you have any further questions or comments.
