![]() Dear Sirs, I use the
midi controller m49 with "Magix samplitude music studio 17". With
this software, I open my vst-instruments and vst-effect-plugins. Unfortunately
"magix samplitude music studio 17" has no function "learn hardware
controller" for the vst/effect-plugins. So I can only use learn functions
of "magix samplitude music studio 17" (e.g. track functions (play,
stop,¡¦) or master functions (volume,¡¦). But it's not possible to learn special
functions e.g. of an effect plug-in (guitar-effects: drive, wah wah). Is there a possibility to use control effect- or
vst-plugin-functions with m49? If it's possible, how can I get information
about which midi cc# I have to use if I
would like to control e.g. the wah wah effect of a plugin? In the manual I get no information. Yours
sincerely Thomas

Dear Thomas, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we have no information about the MIDI mapping of Samplitude. Please contact Magix for these in-depth details at http://www.magix.com/de/support/technische-unterstuetzung/ Once you have the list of MIDI messages, it is fairly easy to program the M49 for the required functions. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. |
